Deep Plum Concrete Clyde

Starting life as a pair of limited edition lavender Easter Clydes from 2006, this pair just got even more exclusive... A smooth coat of concrete paint followed by a set of deep plum laces and formstripes combine to make this one of my favourite custom jobs so far.

The gold embossed Puma/Clyde logo is preserved by painting round the letters with a fine brush, then using several coats of watered down paint to get a clean finish. Finally, the gold is covered with masking fluid using a toothpick and then the concrete effect is sprayed on. After that, a quick rub and the gold is blasting out nice and clean again.
